Spot™ Limited Warranty
Spot exists to give people complete control over their shower experience. We stand behind our products with a comprehensive limited warranty to ensure your hardware maintains its elite performance and structural integrity.
What is Covered?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During this time, Spot™ will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Warranty Period
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Spot™ is as follows from the date of purchase:
- Main Shower Unit: 3 Years
- Magnetic Arms and Mounts: 1 Year
- Hoses and Accessories: 1 Year
What is Not Covered?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship, including damage caused by improper installation, accidental damage, or use with incompatible non-Spot parts.
Spot™ Limited Warranty Coverage
1. Warranty Period
Spot warrants to the original purchaser that the Spot Shower Filter system will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products purchased directly from Spot or an authorized retailer.
2. What is Covered
This warranty covers original defects in components and workmanship during the coverage period. If a defect arises and a valid claim is received by Spot within the Warranty Period, Spot will, at its option, either:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equal or greater value.
- Provide a full refund of the original purchase price.
3. Exclusions and Limitations
This limited warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:
- Improper installation or maintenance.
- Accidental damage, abuse, or misuse.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Use with non-Spot replacement filters or components.
- Alterations or repairs made by unauthorized personnel.
Consumable parts, such as filter cartridges, are excluded from this 1-year limited warranty as their lifespan depends on local water quality and usage volume.

01. Provide Details
Submit your original proof of purchase and a brief description of the issue faced with your Spot device.
02. Assessment
Our technical support team will review your claim details and may reach out for additional photos or troubleshooting.
03. Resolution
Upon approval, we will arrange for a repair, a replacement unit, or relevant component parts to be sent to you.
What is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear from everyday use
- Damage resulting from improper installation or maintenance
- Issues caused by hard or highly mineralized water
- Commercial, industrial, or multi-family residential use
- Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties
- Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect
- Incidental or consequential damages
